Event Description
This 160 hour Certificate Course is approved by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools (Reg. #2091), and the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA).
This Course Includes:
Theory and Basic Principles of Polarity Energy Systems, Anatomy and Physiology, Energetic Evaluation and Integration, Polarity Energetic Bodywork, Communication and Facilitation, Energetic Food Awareness, Stretching Postures, Clinical Practice Sessions, Clinical Guided Sessions, Personal Sessions, and more.
Polarity is an integrative hands-on Approach to restoring balance to the mind and body. It restores harmony through complementary therapeutic methods including: bodywork techniques, guidance in Polarity exercises and stretches, energetic foods, preventative and self-help techniques, and energy balancing. Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP) students will receive an overview of the theory and basic principles of Polarity Therapy, including balancing the Ayurvedic elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

We are located within the Sawmill Corporate Center building (Suite 160). The building is a four-story brick building with "HMS" in the upper right hand corner, and "Make-A-Wish" in the upper left hand corner. Park in the back lot, enter through the back door, and follow the signs to Suite 160.
