Module 1. Foundations: Principles of equine-facilitated learning and healing work
The basics of a somatic and observational approach to working with horses:

• healing through relationship: limbic resonance, regulation and revision, and how this can occur through equine-facilitated work
• the importance of naming sensations, feelings, and needs: the healing impact of empathy/resonant accompaniment (for ourselves and others)
