In this six-hour experiential workshop you will have the opportunity to learn the history, functions and uses of Medical Intuition, and how you can create a positive and purposeful connection with your body, mind and spirit.
This workshop focuses on essential self-care skills that can help you avoid burnout and build resilience, while keeping your energy focused and balanced. Open to everyone - no pre-requisites or prior training is needed.

Practical applications of medical intuition for self-healing and self-care will be presented.

How to use Intuitive Visual Scanning intended to help avoid burnout and compassion fatigue, and promote resilience. Intuitive communication can allow us to listen to and trust the messages our bodies give us. This awareness can help us to honor and nurture ourselves more deeply.

Powerful Energy Hygiene skills including energy grounding and and shielding techniques designed to support well-being. These skills can reduce the sense of being "bombarded" by intuitive information and life circumstances.
