Want to quiet the mind, release stress or just learn how to be? Then join us for the second symposium in Whole Earth Hub's Heart Talk Series when our featured speakers will be Juliet Carrillo and Annemarie Lafferty. An open question and answer period will follow the talk.
Juliet Carrillo will lead a self-empowering heart opening meditation and provide techniques to quiet the mind, release stress, remove self limiting blockages and embrace positive outcomes in your life. She provides master healing through Angelic Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem, Intuitive Guidance and full body channeling to reconnect you to your Soul’s purpose and innate wisdom. Annemarie Lafferty will discuss our fight/flight response to stress and will guide you through a safe place/wise guide meditation. You will learn the calmness of focusing on breath during times of stress and to trust the inner wisdom that is you. Certified in The Emotion Code, Reiki and soon Mind-Body Medicine, Annemarie is also a retired emergency medical technician and a non-RN operating room scrub nurse.
