Give yourself the gift of 30 intentional minutes. This is a standing movement and breath class designed to get your energy flowing without draining your reserves. Through slow, coordinated movement and deep, nourishing breathing, you’ll improve circulation, support healthy immune function, expand lung capacity, and calm your nervous system. Think of it as a moving meditation that leaves you feeling clear, steady, and quietly energized. Come dressed as you are.
