Member Event / Life Support - A Sacred Space for Grief & Growth

Arizona East Valley Mental Health and other professionals in healing spaces, this is a safe space that you can refer your grieving clients to or you are welcome to come and tend to yourself.

 

Join Jenn Stone, CEOLD, for a unique group that gently holds space for grief while inviting personal growth.

 

Each gathering begins with shared support and connection, followed by a restorative or growth experience—like art, meditation, or contemplative grief work - this month is chair yoga.

 

All types of grief are welcome—whether from loss of a loved one, pet, relationship, job, or identity. This is a judgment-free space to be seen, supported, and renewed.

 

Come as you are. Let grief be witnessed, and growth be kindled.
