As an empath—someone deeply sensitive to the energy and emotions of others—I could feel how much people were struggling. I knew there had to be a simple way to help shift that energy.

That’s when the idea came: what if we all chose, together, to wear something positive?

Because words carry energy. They have vibration and frequency. And since our bodies are mostly water, those words don’t just sit on a shirt—they influence how we feel, think, and show up.

So on July 15th, we ask you to do something simple—but meaningful:
