Karen Croll, INHC is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Juice Plus+ Partner practicing in Bluffton, SC. She and her husband moved to Bluffton to enjoy the pre-retirement years in a resort area where they could embrace the quality of life that promotes health and wellbeing. Karen trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started her practice in 2018 when she saw a great need for people to improve their health through basic diet and lifestyle changes. Unhealthy habitual changes can be difficult to change without support, accountability and guidance.
Karen specializes in reducing chronic inflammation and bringing balance to hormonal health. Hormonal imbalances lead to weight gain, difficulty losing/maintaining weight, exhaustion, recurring headaches, poor sleep and mental/emotional problems.
Through her own holistic natural approach, she is now enjoying life with vibrancy and passion and wants to help others achieve the same.
