Begin the afternoon with a warm Mix + Mingle, then transition into a deeply immersive Sound Bath Meditation guided by Cary Ballou, owner of Shanti Sound.

Lying comfortably on your mat, you’ll be immersed in the resonant sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, and healing instruments designed to guide you into deep relaxation and meditative states. The experience is intended to support energetic release, restore balance, and invite full mind-body-spirit renewal through the power of sound and vibration.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye coverings will be available for your comfort.
