About Rebekah:
Rebekah Trigg is a Health and Life Coach whose purpose is to create a happier, healthier world. She works with people who have very full and busy lives but lack the energy to enjoy it. She helps them restore an abundance of natural energy and supports them to live their best life. After her own struggle with fatigue and journey to heal her relationship with food, Rebekah developed a deep passion for healing naturally.
In 2017 Rebekah received her Health Coach Certification and then went on to receive a Transformational Coaching Method Master Certification from Health Coach Institute. Additionally, she completed the Digestive Intensive with Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Andrea Nakayama. She works with clients one-on-one, facilitates group cleanses and hosts talks and workshops.
Inspired by her community’s need for a variety of nutritious dining options, Rebekah co-created Funky Fresh Juice Co. based in Vancouver, WA. The company is a fun and funky mobile truck serving fresh, organic juice and smoothies appealing to all ages.
Rebekah is a self-proclaimed personal growth junkie, always following her inspiration for what to study next. She lives her best life alongside her family- hiking, traveling and is a lifelong soccer player.
