About
I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. Helping people live a healthy lifestyle has always been a passion for me. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I work with children and adults to improve their health and family life. I received my training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I lead workshops on health, nutrition, and offer individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, parents and families. Clients receive help them making better lifestyle choices that produce real and lasting results while taking into account their lifestyle.

Together, we’ll explore concerns specific to you and your body and find the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. During the program, you will set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, reduce cravings and increase energy.
