Soluna Solutions is a solopreneurial business run by Sheetal Contractor - a Registered Yoga Teacher/Trainer (E-RYT-500), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Wellness Coach.

 

Sheetal has been a yoga trainer/educator in various yoga teacher training programs in the Lehigh Valley, and regularly offers themed workshops that allow students to gain deeper understanding of all aspects of yoga.

 

Her intuitive style of healing bodywork blends various modalities including Craniosacral Therapy (CST), marma therapy, chakra balancing and myofascial release.

 

Sheetal offers individual and group wellness coaching that is based on her 20+ years of experience as a yoga teacher and bodyworker. These 'Empowered Wellness' programs offer people the structure and support needed to experience personal and spiritual growth. Through her YouTube channel, 'Empowered Wellness with Sheetal', she informs and educates through a variety of yoga and meditation videos.
