Shanti Sound is a Sound Bath Meditation and Holistic Event space located in downtown Scottsdale at the Northeast corner of Hayden Rd. and McDowell Rd., close to the Loop 101 East and 202 Red Mountain Freeway.
We offer weekly group Sound Healing sessions, individual sessions, private group sessions, and collaborative events. The therapeutic vibrations of Sound have been utilized throughout human history to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and accelerate the body’s healing mechanisms. Receiving a sound bath and spending time in the meditative state will reset the central nervous system, soothe stress and anxiety and provide a multitude of healing benefits.
And - there is no preparation or effort required other than to arrive, relax and receive. Featuring a 1,200 SF open area, Shanti Sound is a full service meditation studio with yoga mats, blankets and bolsters provided for convenience.
