I'm a health and wellness coach that meets my clients where they are at on their wellness journey by offering them ways to support balancing the mind, body, soul, and their environment. My business offers programs like cognitive behavioral coaching and practitioner assisted stretching, as well as classes that support strengthening the body's fascia through movement and recovery methods. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies/Biology, I’m an Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) certified Life Coach, Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer, and I’m a member of the National Wellness Institute (NWI).
I’m a Veteran of the Air force/Air National Guard, a Peer Leader with the Women Veterans Network, and as an Ambassador with Mission 22 (a non- profit helping veterans who suffer from PTSD).
