Hi, I’m Taña Lee, mother of 2 amazing young women, who are kind and beautiful.  I have been married to a wonderful man and partner for over 24 years. I have been a marketing professional and have led successful marketing and business development initiatives in the Washington, D.C. area and across the country. Part of my drive in those activities was to serve as a mentor for other women (and men) to allow themselves to be the best they can be as professionals and as human beings. I am the founder of the first Holistic Chamber of Commerce in the state of Georgia.  As the President of the Holistic Chamber of Commerce Atlanta-Newnan Chapter and a Silver doTERRA wellness advocate, I utilize my over 35 years of business management, community activism and health/wellness education experience to provide training and inspiration about health, wellness, and essential oils to people that want to enhance their quality of life through a more natural course of action (while realizing the necessity and benefits of modern medicine).  I have always had a passion for natural living, sharing knowledge and creating business relationships that are symbiotic and beneficial.  After years of trial-and-error, I was beginning to believe that there was nothing out there that would allow me to pursue my passions and make a living without compromising. Then I was introduced to doTERRA; a company with the same values. Pursue what is PURE!  Pure in the product, Pure in business and Pure in heart.  It was then that I began my journey to a healthier lifestyle and my Oily Adventure. The thing was, my life didn’t always look like this.

 

MAYBE MY STORY SOUNDS FAMILIAR TO YOU …

My home was a traditional household that wasn’t focused on wellness. We really didn’t pay much attention to our health until something came up that needed to be fixed (take a pill).  We had become reliant on over the counter medication and we were paying over $600.00 a month for prescriptions and I was just 40 years old.  I was using a drug called Accutane that did a great job of clearing up my cystic acne, but it also dried up all my joints.  I was taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen multiple times a day for joint and muscle pain.  Even after taking 800mg of Ibuprofen 4 times a day the knee pain was so great I could not even walk up the stairs in my own home… I decided enough was enough… there had to be a better way to live that was not dependent on modern chemistry! I was ready to make wellness a priority, and if I could, I wanted to do it naturally.

 

That was when I discovered the incredible power of essential oils. Soon, my family had replaced all the old, toxic chemicals in our home with these wonderful, all-natural oils. From our healthcare to our cleaning products, our household has transformed into a place of year-round wellness because we invest in natural solutions for healthy living. In the last several years I’ve become an essential oil educator and a successful businesswoman.
