Request for References
All applicants are required to give two (2) references when submitting an application for membership at any level. We ask for name, e-mail address and phone number for two colleagues and/or clients (no family members) who can speak to the quality of your product/service. They will each receive an e-mail with six questions. If we don't receive a reply to that e-mail, we will give a follow-up phone call a few days later. References will only be contacted for the purpose of receiving your reference and will not automatically be added to our email lists.

*Refund Policy: Membership payments are not refundable and are, when possible, set up for automatic payments. Membership may be cancelled at any time with a written notice to memberservices@holisticchamberofcommerce.com. This notice must be received five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled payment. If an automatic annual payment is charged inadvertently, the member has five (5) business days to notify HCC HQ in writing in order to receive a full refund.
