Member Event / Coach Retreat: Thriving Coaches, Thriving Clients
Thriving Coaches, Thriving Clients is a one day retreat for coaches whose purpose is to help others help themselves. This inaugural Coach Retreat on April 24, 2020, is co-hosted by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Maryland Chapter and the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). The Coach Retreat will be held on the beautiful MUIH campus in Laurel, Maryland, and provides a relaxing venue for learning and rejuvenating in community with other coaches.
Participants will include individuals throughout the Maryland and DC area who are coaches, interested in coaching, coaching students and health and wellness practitioners. Participants will:

Start the day in the University's herbal garden tour provided by an experienced herbalist.

Learn from experts on Leveraging Gratitude and the Neuroscience of Finding Your Purpose.

Experience coaching demonstrations by Health and Wellness and Leadership Coaches.

Benefit from rejuvenating mindfulness practices throughout the day.

Enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch and networking opportunities that include a post-retreat Happy Hour.
