Sign up for my virtual classes! WHY?
 
I’ve heard EVERY excuse in the book (some are legitimate) for why people can’t or don’t want to do personal training. 
 
NEVER FEAR!  I’ve the answer for every excuse with my virtual classes:
 
“I worked with a trainer and ended up getting injured”.  🤕
-I’ve been a certified trainer and strength and conditioning specialist with the NSCA for 15 years and have bachelors and masters degrees in exercise science and physiology. 
-I incorporate a brief dynamic warmup
-I discuss form in the workout
-I advocate full range of motion for your abilities
-I give modifications 
 
“I don’t have time to workout”⏰
-Try saying “it’s not a priority” instead
-Workouts are only 30 minutes and are at 8am
 
“The gym is too far away”🚘
-You can do these workouts in your home OR the gym
 
“Virtual workouts don’t do it for me”🤨
-Is NOT working out doing much for you?

-You’ll be able to control whether you share your video or not. 
-Nobody is going to hold you up and you won’t have to worry about slowing anyone down. We start the set when I start and you go at your own pace. 
 
“I just can’t commit to a specific time”🤷‍♂️

“I’m not motivated”😩🥱
-We all need some accountability, especially when we haven’t been feeling motivated. 
-These workouts will be exactly what you need to get your going and get your day started right!
-After a week of working out 5 days a week, you will get in the habit. When you only workout 1,2 or 3 days a week, it takes a lot longer for working out to become habitual. 
 
“I’m going to try it on my own for awhile”😱
-The majority of people who say this do not end up sticking to a consistent workout schedule, and then 6 months to a year down the road they’re at the same fitness level, worse, have gotten injured, or have stopped working out because they’re not getting results. 
-The reality is that the vast majority of people will be far more successful in just 1-2 months working with a certified and experienced  fitness professional than they will after 6-12 months on their own. 
-If anything, joining my classes for a couple months will build your momentum so that you’re going to be motivated and ready to continue on your own, should you choose to do so
 
My task is to give you the tools you will need to be able to workout on your own. These tools include education about HOW to train, not just remembering some cool exercises. Motivation to workout on a regular basis, not just accountability.  Inspiration and encouragement to help build your confidence, not negativity and shaming to make you feel bad for missing a day.  In fact, I ENCOURAGE recovery days when your body is telling you that it needs rest. This is why we don’t workout Saturday and Sunday. Use those days for recreational activities, yoga, meditation, or whatever else you’d like to do to feel recharged when Monday comes back around. 
 
This class brings together a combination of: 
-bodybuilding 
-circuit training 
-anaerobic endurance
-functional strength
-core
-mobility! 
 
I've taken the BEST of all the different styles I've taught over the past 15 years and rolled them into these classes. 
You'll be challenged 
you'll be inspired 
you'll be sore 
but you'll get great results IF you stick with it! 
 
Weekly Format
8-830am
Monday: Lower Body and Core
Tuesday: Upper Body Pushing
Wednesday: Upper Body Pulling and Core
Thursday: Lower Body 
Friday: Upper Body Push, Pull, and Core
 
Keep in mind that these workouts, while they will set the tone for the day, are not the only thing that matters. You still need to be mindful of what you're eating and drinking. You still need to manage your stress levels. You still need to get enough rest and stay hydrated. You still need to stretch on your own so you can prevent injuries. Fitness is just one part of health, and in order to get fit, you need to be healthy!

-a pair of weights (dumbbells or kettlebells)

The biggest excuse I’ve gotten is “training is too expensive” 
-I actually agree with this one. One on one personal training can cost $1000+ a month. Even small group training can be $20+ a class. 
-I’ve made my program so affordable that it’s just under $5 a class, or $99 A MONTH TOTAL!!
