Heartstone Wellness

Heartstone Wellness offers Yoga, Pilates and MELT classes and private sessions for people in physical pain, for people who want to move and stay fit and healthy, for people who want to learn how to relax, breathe, stretch, strengthen body and mind with other like minded people. We want to offer a community that supports, cheers on and educates each other. Classes are small (up to 8 people) and tailored to everyone's needs.

 

We have a beautiful, peaceful, and green view from the yoga room. We offer vinyasa yoga, easy flow yoga, yin/restorative yoga, meditation, mat pilates, MELT, barre and private reformer Pilates sessions.

 

In the studio, we offer additional services for health and wellness like massage therapy, doula led workshops for pregnant ladies/couples and so much more....
