Refund Policy
Membership payments are not refundable and are typically set up for automatic payments. Membership may be cancelled at any time with a written notice to members@holisticchamberofcommerce.com or by logging into the member billing portal. A written notice must be received five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled payment. If an automatic annual payment is charged inadvertently, the member has five (5) business days to notify HCC HQ in writing in order to receive a full refund.
